The CartoonMania comics are a series of strips based on the animated series of the same name. They are written and drawn by series creator Matthew Littlemore. The first strip was published on deviantART on October 3, 2017. The final strip was published on February 14, 2019.
Plans for a series of comic books were made. The first of which, "The Golden Painting!" was published on September 24, 2018 to Twitter and deviantART. Future issues were to be released via Patreon, however no more books were ever published and it is unknown if more were ever made.

Comic books
On September 24, 2018, a pay-to-view[1] comic book series based on CartoonMania began. The first issue, "The Golden Painting!", was released for free on Twitter and Deviantart, with future releases costing money. The first issue is 42 pages in length[2]. The second issue was scheduled to be released on Patreon sometime after "CartoonMania: The Movie" because the comic takes place after the events of the film.[3]
As of July 2020, it is unknown if/when the other comics will be released due to the controversy surrounding Matthew.
